Welcome to our Micro Farm! Located in Loomis, CA

After moving away for a number of years for work, and returning to our hometown with our growing family, we soon missed the open fields and grazing animals.  Our little town was not so little anymore.  We soon found ourselves driving through Loomis on the weekends.  With inspiration from beloved family members and their beautiful ranch, we decided a farm lifestyle of sustainability, growing our own food, and teaching our children how to raise and love animals, was the best fit for us.  My husband built us a windmill, and I placed tin chickens and a wooden American flag in our suburban backyard, and we looked at it each day for 3 years, while we hunted for our perfect spot.  The now rustic windmill, sits spinning over my growing ground garden and reminds me of our journey to our next chapter.  Welcome to Rustic Windmill Farms!
